A bit about us
The Bassment was founded in England (UK) by Simon Merrick. Simon has been apart of the online bass scene for many years and began a fansite for his bass hero Stuart Zender in 1999. Many online transcriptions followed, and then the self-published Jamiroquai: Essential Bass Transcriptions books. Formed as an attempt to construct a central hub for bass players to get transcriptions, by bass players for bass players.
Submissions
Do transcriptions of your own that you would like to share with the bass playing community? Looking for somewhere to get your transcriptions out to other bassists? We may be able to help! Please use the contact form to let us know about what it is you would like to submit to our transcription archive. We accept Sibelius files (.sib) or exports from Finale (.xml) we also consider handwritten scores - after careful review we will add our formatting and add your transcriptions to our archive.
